Hello hello hello! Welcome back to A Teen Called Tara, I hope you’re all doing well. It’s been a while since I last posted, and I’m very sorry about that! There’s been so much going on recently – the workload this year is INTENSE. Let’s just say I was NOT prepared for such a huge jump up this school year 😂
Nevermind that. I’ve been working on a couple of things during my absence, but unfortunately I’ve been in a bit of a reading slump so the number of books I’ve gotten through in September is not exactly huge. But I went to the bookshop at the weekend and got some motivation back, so I’m hoping I can make this last week count.
There is some good news… I’ve been working on setting up an Instagram account! I started a bookstagram account around this time last year and figured I’d just carry on with it, as I quite like the pictures I put up 😂 I’m definitely still improving my photography skills, but it’s a lot of fun and a great way to communicate with other bookworms!
Go find me over there at @writingandwishes . I’m thinking of changing the username, but for now I’m keeping it as I set it last year, haha! I’d love to chat with you all in the DMs or become bookstagram buddies.
I’m also working on a Twitter page, but I realized I spammed it with Good Omens memes so it’ll take me a little while to get it cleared up and ready to go again… oops!
Hoping to post again in the next day or two – I wrote a book review a while back so I’m thinking this would be a good time to share it. And by then, hopefully I’ll be out of my reading slump and have some new content to share with you guys!
Apologies – it’s all a bit hectic at the moment. I’m praying for the October holidays to come faster, because boy, do I need two weeks off.
